The main level features an open-concept living and dining area designed for gathering and relaxing together. A conveniently located powder room is just off the living area. Also on the first floor is a queen guest suite with a pillow-top mattress and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower—ideal for guests who prefer main-level accommodations.
Step outside to the furnished back porch, where plush wicker seating and a porch swing overlook the fairway of the Raven Golf Course. This tranquil outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or sunset views as golfers pass by.
