All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian cannot provide current photo id when requested at check-in, please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 8 nights or more, please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "schoolies week" period. it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period, please note that for same-day bookings and late arrivals, a photo of a valid driver's license and a credit card, both in the same name, must be provided at the time of booking to facilitate late check-in. same day bookings must also check in during reception hours. for any questions please contact the wave resort directly, please be advised that niecon plaza is being demolished nearby. this is not within our property, but we would like to make you aware of noise works. we apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding, please be advised that the level 34 pool area will be closed from 14 september to november 30 2026. please note that this closure may be extended due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. guests will still have access to the level 34 open area, sauna and bbq facilities, as well as our level 4 facilities, which include a pool, spa, bbq and sauna. we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
