Summary: 1) Despite the fact that the reservation was for 4 people, only 2 towel-sets were provided. Of these, several were wet! 2) We had a very early flight from Eugene, and so retired early. Unfortunately, at 9:40 PM an alarm sounded throughout the building. The front desk did not answer our telephone query, nor was the person at the front desk knowledgeable about what had happened and what to do. 3) We joined several other guests in leaving the hotel very early (around 5 AM) to go to Eugene Airport. Unfortunately, breakfast service is only available from 7 AM, and nothing was available earlier. No yogurt, no fruit, no pastries, no coffee. Disappointing.
