We ask that you treat our inventory with care and put used dishes back in the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings can happen and is often easy to repair. Please inform us immediately of any damage that occurs.
2. Noise Levels and Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels in the vacation rental to a reasonable level, especially when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
3. Visitors
Your visitors are welcome in our vacation rental at any time for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the vacation rental. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the vacation rental accordingly.
4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
Smoking is permitted only in the fully open outdoor area. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.
